I'm Thankful..

I'm thankful for a lot of things

Oh, yes, oh, yes, I am

I'm thankful for a lot of things

Turkey, pie, and yam

I'm thankful for a lot of things

It's best, I think, to say

My tummy will be full, by the end of the day

I'm thankful for a lot of thinks

Yes, there's stress and mess and fuss

But turkey at Thanksgiving, oh yes, it is a must

I'm thankful for a lot of things

It's time to sit and eat

I taste the pumpkin pie, and it's very very sweet

It's weird to think that I am so small and meek

When the food will be gone, by the end of the week

I'm thankful for a lot of things

Oh, yes, oh, yes, it's true

That I am most thankful

For being around you♥

this is  poem i wrote last night before i went to sleep. i think it's okay. some parts may not flow as well as others. and i don't think i used "meek" right. but oh well.
